Contacting our office

Our regular office hours are: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We make Monday and Friday appointments rarely. If you call over the extended weekend, Tami is in the office briefly most Mondays to check messages and return most calls.

Email Rules

• Do not email about medical problems. Email is insecure and your information is not protected. Email is much too slow for emergencies or urgent medical needs.


• If you would like us to communicate with you by email about charges, appointments or preparing for surgery, you must give us your email address when you are in the office so that we know that the email we receive is from you.


• Please understand that people in your home may be able to read your email. You should not put anything you do not want them to know in an email or ask us to answer.


• If you have never been seen in our office, you may request appointments or ask procedural questions (such as "how long might it take to get approval for my surgery?"). You may find answers to many of your questions in our list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
