Organizer This campaign relies on competent volunteers to handle jobs normally given to paid campaign staff. This is based on the idea that the people who best support the cause are the people who dedicate their time to the campaign. When we strip money away from the political equation, the equalizer among everyone is their time. Whether I have a net worth of $100 million or $100, one minute of our life is equally valuable to each of us. It is the thing we can each donate without regard to our prior choices, our inheritance, or our fortune, good or bad. Organizers generally dedicate the most time to the campaign. This dedication does not go unnoticed.
